This service includes an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) meeting with you at the property site to determine potential staging needs. Feel free to take notes as we provide a few staging tips prior to establishing your Staging needs from the following options:
- CUSTOMIZED WRITTEN CONSULTATION
This service includes a thorough walk-thru of the property, inside and out. Then a detailed report is provided by the ASP Stager which includes specific recommendations to be completed by the homeowner. Prices vary depending on size and staging needs of the property. The fee for this service starts at $150.
- HOME STAGING PACKAGE – OCCUPIED PROPERTY
This service differs from the written consultation in that the ASP Stager performs the actual staging of the property, using the homeowners’ furniture and accessories. Minimum key areas to be staged typically include entry / foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen. Based on minimal areas to be staged and size of rooms, prices begin at $400.
- HOME STAGING PACKAGE – VACANT PROPERTY
This service includes the staging of the property to include furniture and accessories. Minimum key areas to be staged typically include entry / foyer, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Staging a vacant home defines the space and function in each room. In addition, staging a vacant home accentuates the positive attributes and architectural features of the property. Eight weeks inventory usage is included. Based on minimum areas to be staged and size of rooms, prices begin at $1400.
- STAGING TO LIVE – ROOM RE-DESIGN
This service includes re-arranging your furniture and accessories for a fresh, new look. Great service for newlyweds, new homeowners or anyone desiring a more simplified living space. The fee for this service is $75/hour.
